Clean Energy RD&D investments

• Saudi Arabia will sustain and seek to increase its investment in clean energy innovation over the next five years as part of its national innovation budget, with additional increase in R&D investment through the Circular Carbon Economy National Program, the Saudi Green Initiative, and the Middle East Green Initiative.
• Saudi Arabia will invest $10 million for CCUS R&D projects in the next year through its newly established CCUS R&D center.
