Korea would participate as an active member of the hydrogen mission for cooperation in hydrogen full-cycle technology such as reducing unit cost and mass production, long-range-capacity hydrogen storage-transportation technology, and high-efficiency-life fuel cell power generation system.
Also, the government is pushing for the expansion of renewable power generation and stabilization of the system as mentioned in the Power mission. Therefore, Korea is also trying to contribute to the expansion of renewable energy generation by participating in the Power mission
Regarding the ship mission, Korea is also planning to participate in the Ship mission for expecting synergy through global cooperation in the development of hydrogen ships as part of the Net-zero technology innovation.
The government will seek opportunities Korea energy companies to contribute while Korea is participating Insight, Collaborate, and Accelerate Initiative Platform.
